Urquhart Electrical - Spring 2011
Rob at Urquhart Electrical was struggling to show his work and gain a presence online. Working with a graphic designer, we produced a logo and I turned this into a set of branding for a website design. Urquhart Electrical also features some custom 3D imagery on the homepage with a rolling banner, and also an updateable gallery on his showcase page. Well structured coding, careful keyword selection and a Google business listing means that Urquhart Electrical is already appearing in local Google search results. I also set up an email address for Rob which he uses reliably on his iPhone every day.

Brazen Monkey - Winter 2010
Brazen Monkey is a chain of karaoke bars in central London. Owner Chris already had a design which he wanted to use, and he wanted his website updating to work properly with it. Reliable performance on mobile devices was also a necessity, as a lot of singers/ravers were looking him up on their phones. Working closely with the venues, we produced a layout for the site which met Chris' needs and kept everything looking good whilst using Javascript. Visitors can book the karaoke venues through the website and Chris also has a mailing list and asong lists and menu which he can update himself. Brazen Monkey is my most popular site, with over 1300 hits a month. It has become a very successful business, and the website is a core part of this. Early in 2012 a new venue has been added which will be coming onto the website shortly...

Prestige and Performance Cars - Winter 2010
Prestige and Performance Car Services is a garage in north Kent which specialised in performance and prestige vehicles. The garage owner Mark wanted a website which showed off some of his projects (including a classic Maserati), and which also linked in with the feedback from the Good Garage Scheme. The website features a custom Flash slider on the homepage and also a Javascript gallery with his workshop photographs in.

AT Daniels - Winter 2011
AT Daniels is a new company started by two carpenters. I was approached with a request for complete branding and a website. After supplying four different logo ideas, there was one clear winner. I proceeded to create business card, letterhead and invoice designs and got them printed. The business cards were matt laminated with a non-tear finish to remain durable in the hardy day-to-day habitat of the chippy.
The website is currently under development and is on target for a Q1 2012 launch. Click here for the website holding page.

DS Installations - Spring 2010
Rob at DS Installations was looking for a logo and identity for his business to help him look professional and stand out from the rest. After getting to know his business, where he worked and what he did, I created a logo of a scissor lift which he uses with his signage installation. He was very pleased with the website, and asked me to produce some printed materials for him. To date, I have created two sets of business cards, two leaflets, a letterhead and an invoice template for him. I also set up an email account for Rob which he uses for all his business emails, accessed mainly on his iPhone.

Mind Remedy - Summer 2011
Mind Remedy is a website for Sally, who offers a counselling service based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Sally wanted a clean and professional website, with a logo and some printed materials. Because this website was intended for use by patients, it was imperative that it was non-threatening and subtly uplifting. I worked closely with Sally to understand how she worked and how people would like to use the website. The logo was completely custom with weaving leaves. In addition to the logo, the website also features a smooth Javascript slider gallery on the homepage. There is also a contact page with a form for patients to contact Sally in a confidential manner.

Alex Singhavara - Summer 2011
Alex Singhavara is a Laotian actor based in London. He approached me asking for a website portfolio which he could keep up to date with his projects and show to friends, family and prospective employers. Alex wanted a clean and neutral site which was simple yet elegant. We worked together to come up with a concept which met his needs and kept the content easy to access. Alex also wanted all of his videos editing, converting, uploading to a YouTube account and embedding into his website. I managed to fit all of this into a nice smooth Javascript slider on his Portfolio page. Alex was very pleased with the website and is keeping it up to date with new projects.

Designer Sign - Summer 2009
My first website! Designer Sign is a sign manufacturing company based in Margate. Lloyd wanted something special for his website, so I created a completely custom Flash website complete with flickering neon signs and custom galleries. Lloyd was very pleased and I went on to produce business cards, vehicle sign writing and leaflets for him.
